Lovecraft grew up on the outskirts of the only city on a Gate Access Planet 0498. While his parents tried their best, he was raised extremely sheltered and his mother’s paranoia prevented him from having any sort of internet access in the home until he became an adult in college. He went to a prestigious technological institute that put him in an immense amount of debt. After getting into a fight with his mother shortly before he graduated college, he cut them off and joined the military to pay off his college debt and use his degree despite his moral objections with the job.
